ProBalance Advisors respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect when you use probalanceadvisors.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. In short: the site collects what you type into our enquiry form, and our web host keeps standard server logs. There are no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and we never sell your information.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.

Information we collect

What the website collects:

• What you send us. When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, we receive your name, your email address and your answers to its three questions (what you do, where your accounts are today and what you need), plus your phone number and a message if you add them. The website also records when the enquiry was sent, the page it was sent from, your IP address and your browser details.
• What our web host logs. The website is hosted in the United States by a hosting company that keeps standard server logs of each visit: the IP address, the browser used and the pages requested.
• No payment details. The site takes no payments online and never asks for card or bank details.

Use of your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, to understand what you need and to quote for it. If you become a client, we keep it with your client file. We use server logs only to keep the site running and secure. We don’t use your information for advertising.

Disclosure of your information

We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t give it to anyone to use for their own purposes. Your enquiry is stored in the website’s own database and emailed to our inbox, info@probalanceadvisors.com. The only outside companies that handle it are the ones that host and maintain our website and our email, and they do so on our behalf. Beyond that, we disclose information only when the law requires it, for example under a court order.

The map on our Contact page is provided by Google. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies. Google’s privacy policy covers what Google does with that information. We receive nothing from the map.

Security of your information

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so what you type into the form is encrypted on its way to our website. Logging in to the site’s admin area is limited to the people who manage it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t put bank or card numbers, passwords or Social Security numbers in the form. We will never ask for them there.

Privacy policy for children

This website and our services are for working professionals. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, email info@probalanceadvisors.com and we will delete it.

Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal to the websites you visit. There is no tracking on this site to switch off: we use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don’t follow visitors across other websites. The site works the same way whether or not your browser sends the signal. The Google map on our Contact page is outside our control; see Disclosure of your information.

Options regarding your information

You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@probalanceadvisors.com or call (954) 335-0043, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern. If you are a client, the law may require us to keep some records, and we will tell you if that applies.
